LUTZWOLF® Systems. The success story of a hidden champion

The technological needs of companies have changed rapidly since the start of the 1980s. IT user requirements have become more and more specialized and complex. At the same time, the number of standard solutions diminished while demand for individual solutions which could be integrated easily into existing IT systems arose. This gave rise to an entirely new market!

The expertise and skills we had accumulated over the years offering consultation to financial institutions like banks or retail was precisely what this new market required. In 1999 we outwardly signaled our intention to specialize in individual software solutions when we formed LUTZWOLF® Systems as a spin-off from our consultation company.

Streamlined IT. Our new approach

At the same time we launched an entirely new philosophy: "We’re the specialists for streamlined IT at cash-transaction points." We made it our business to radically simplify highly complex processes in order to save customers’ time and money, and make them independent of manufacturers. Up until this point, a great deal of expertise was associated with integration of the various hardware devices into disorganized IT landscapes at cash-transaction points – both on the part of the companies themselves and on the part of software manufacturers. Over the last few years we have developed numerous solutions which simplify tasks in this sensitive field – and our software and platforms are based on open standards, meaning they can be modified flexibly at any time.

LUTZWOLF® Systems consists of a core, flexible, well-rehearsed team to which external specialists are added when needed.
